Q.What payment methods does Wafuku accept?

A.We accept PayPal and Credit cards (VISA,Master,AMEX,JCB).Mail-order products are not sold offline payment.
Paypal is a payment system that allows you to pay with your credit card without sending your financial information to us.
Anyone can open an account and use this payment system for free.

Q. How much are the customs duties?

A. It depends on customs duty of your country. For details, please contact your public office in your country.

Q. How can I get a refund for returned items?

A.We’ll refund the money into your PayPal account or credit card.

[ Shipping ]

Q. How much is the shipping cost?

A. You can check the shipping fee on the order confirmation page. It is calculated by the weight of your package.
Also, if you would like to check before ordering, please check the delivery page for details.

Q. How long will it take to get my package?

A. It takes about 3 to 5 days by Express, 6 to 12 days by Standard, 13 to 21 days by Economy.

Q. Can I track my package?

A. Yes, you can. Please enter the tracking number in the search box on the tracking page of Japan Post site.
The tracking number will be provided in an email sent after confirming the order.

Q. Could you please ship to the country where I live?

A. Yes We’d be glad to. We can ship worldwide. Please check the details on this page.

Q.Can you deliver my package by express shipping ?

A.Yes, we can. Please select Express on the order page.
You can receive ordered items earlier than standards and economies. The fee is calculated according to package weight and delivery method.

Q. I haven't received my package yet.

A. On the official website of Japan Post, you can check the location of your package by tracking number.
In most cases, it is highly likely that you are in your local post office because you were away during delivery.

Q. How do I choose the size of kimonos or socks?

A..Don’t worry, Kimono is originally a costume that has been structured to be able to finely adjust the length and size to some extent. So, you do not need to worry too much about size. rest assured.
Also, the summer kimono Yukata are usually free size. On each product page, the applicable height is displayed, so please check.

The sandals (zori,geta) isn’t fit perfectly, it’s ordinary of them also. And socks size please check the deatils of products page.

After Ordering

Q. I want to return because it is different from what I thought, can I?

A. If you don’t use it, you can return it. Please check the return policy of this page for details.

Q. Can I change or cancel my order?

A. If it is before shipping, you can change or cancel. Please send us details to our e-mail or contact form.

As our general rule, you can cancel if it is before shipping.
Since we will send a shipping completion e-mail, it will be a period that can be canceled before sending the e-mail.

However ,If you want to change or cancel after shipping, please contact us first as soon as possible.
Also, since the item is being shipped, please pick it up there. Then please return the package without opening it.
We will refund the cost of the item to you. However, we do not cover shipping and processing costs for returns.

Return Policy

Wafuku accepts returns for all purchases. Please contact us within 30 days after you receive the item.
However, conditions that can be returned can be returned for returns.
The conditions below will be the conditions, so please check carefully and follow the guidance.

The Items sold by Wafuku.me that are unused and were received in the past 30 days.

Shipping costs (includes both shipping to you and shipping for the returned item)

When contacting, be sure to fill in the following contents and contact us. (All ※ required):

(a). Your Name (Your name registered in Wafuku at the time of order placement)
(b). Condition of the item (used or unsed, opened or unopened, tried on or unworn)
(c). Reason for your return

2. Shiping Items to Return

When you receive the email from us accepting the return, please send the item to the address below by registered mail within 7 days.
Please list the contents on the invoice as “Returned Item”.

When the items of returned goods arrive to us, we check the state of the items and we will process the refund to you.
Because the amount of refund is different depending on the condition, please check the following the ‘Important notes on returns’ contents carefully.

● Items damaged during transportation

In rare cases, products may be torn or broken by censorship or tariffs during transport or customs checks.
In that case, we will reship you the items, so please inform us of the details first by e-mail or contact form.
And then please make the arrangements by following the instructions below.

When you receive the package, please bring the baggage to the nearest post office and ask to write a damage report.
Your post office ‘s damage report will be compared with the details we reported to the Japanese post office.
If it is confirmed that it matches, immediately we will ready to reship the same item as soon as possible.
Then, you will receive a notification from us that you can confirm the damage status.
And then, please return the damaged item. If we can receive the item we will reship the alternative item.

[ Important Notes on RETURNS ]

・ Kimono, Yukata, socks, sandals, other accessories
As a general rule, we only accept returns for items that are unused and received in the last 30 days.

・ In case of exchange
Perform the entire return process above and change the item. Please understand that you must pay the shipping fee of the item you ordered.

・For unopened items
Please do not pick out items from the package. Please provide your own address label and box or bag to return the item and return it to us.
When returned items arrive to us, 100% of the price of the item will be refunded to your PayPal account or credit card.
* If you are not folding a product to be returned or not in the original plastic bag, if it is dirty, if it is broken (excluding the damage mentioned above in the transportation described above) can not be refunded.

・ In case of opened or try-on items
Please check that the product is not creased, dirty or not damaged during shipment. Please fold into the original state and put it in the original plastic bag. Please prepare an address label and box or bag to return the item and return it. When returned goods arrive, 70% of the price of the item will be refunded to your PayPal account or credit card.

・ When opening or trying items,

Please return to the original box at the time of delivery.
Pack the shoes in packaging materials, pack it so that it will not be damaged during shipping, please return it to us.
When returned items arrive, 100% of the price of the item will be refunded to your PayPal account or credit card.
Even if you just tried it, you can not return the tied obi (belt). When trying on the obi (belt), please check it without putting it in kimono or yukata.
* If the sole is worn or dirty, it can NOT be returned. Please be careful not to wear out or soil the shoe sole.
