We are the Vegan Japanese food cooking class that holds lessons not only for Japanese but also for foreigners!
Representative Akiko Sugawara has run a NPO, a Japanese catering store in Canada for 12 years and has a diverse career.
She found this classroom because Japan was lagging in responding to the diversity of food (religious food, diverse choices based on personal thoughts, food allergies).
Those recipes she prototyped more than 100 times are reproducible around the world.
BentoYa, meaning Bento place is a unique and innovative cooking class in English.
Our main passion is to spread knowledge about healthy Japanese vegan and vegetarian focused cuisine.
This is a Japanese cooking class that uses only vegetables, fruits and vegetable foods. In the lesson, I will tell you a secret recipe that uses ingredients and seasonings that are easy to find anywhere in the world, so you can cook it.
It responds flexibly to allergies and religious foods. Other lessons include private lessons and team building cooking lessons for up to 30 people.
